Evolution is the name of our performance assessment. Once every six months, using the 360° format, this assessment takes place to ensure that the development and recognition of Loggers is transparent and that all decisions taken are based on data and evidence. This is how it works:

To connect jobs and talents, we advertise all our vacancies on the Logger Careers Page. This way everyone here has the chance to develop in the direction they want.
Once a year we run an internal climate survey to make sure that our initiatives and our projects make sense to the Loggers. With the results we set priorities and work on improvements.
And so that we don’t have to wait for 365 days to know how things are going, we also carry out a quarterly climate check with the Loggers. And we also have a chat with everyone when they have been in the company for three months.
